This website does not ask you for anything. It has no forms. It does not use cookies or analytics.

When you visit

Vercel, the company that runs this website, keeps basic records of each visit, such as your IP address and the type of browser you use. Vercel may store this in the United States. The laws there are not the same as in Canada.

If you email us

We use your email only to read your question and reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing.

Please do not send money details, tax returns or your social insurance number.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you. You can ask us to fix it or delete it. Email tiwana@necapital.ca. We will answer within 30 days.

We follow British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Where they apply, we also follow Alberta’s PIPA and the federal law, PIPEDA.
